Shwtym may facilitate access to showtimes and ticketing through partners. Transaction terms, refunds, and seat changes are subject to the partner's policies, which will be surfaced during checkout.

Paid plans may include enhanced features or concierge-style experiences. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation options are displayed at purchase and can be managed in your account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

Shwtym and its content - including logos, branding, and software - are owned by Shwtym and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our brand assets without prior written permission.

8. Feedback

If you share feedback with us, you grant Shwtym a non-exclusive right to use that feedback to improve the platform, without obligation to compensate you.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Shwtym if you violate these terms or create risk for other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time.
